You Gotta Have Art
September’s feature exhibit at Design Domain Gallery is “The Equestrian Life,” focusing on the works of Christine Cancelli and Laurie Harden. Cancelli is going to paint Rebel the miniature pony (courtesy of Lord Sterling Park Stables) at the gallery, on September 10 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. while Harden will be at her easel in the gallery demonstrating a work-in-progress. The exhibition includes 35 original works of art by Cancelli, Harden, James McGinley, Sharon Crute, Gerry Cable, Jill Olivito, Gordon Haas, John Reilly, Louise Duffy and others.
Also on display through September, “Brushing Up on New York” featuring the works of John Reilly. Fifty original works of art by Reilly, James McGinley, Patrick Antonelle, Frank Cannas, Gerald Lopato, F. Lisa Hannick, William Brown, Cynthia Dawley and others will be shown depicting Manhattan, Coney Island, the Adirondacks, and Montauk. Design Domaine Gallery is located across from the Bernardsville Train Station at 67 Mine Brook Road (Rt. 202). The public is cordially invited to all events.
