Lowe’s, Target, Pathmark, Kmart, and Walmart all open!
For those in need of supplies the Lowe’s, Target, Pathmark, and Walmart on Rt. 9 in Howel are open and able to accept cash and credit cards. The Kmart is also open but I am not sure if they are cash only or not.
